Here's some games I have played. I stopped playing 2 of them and I think you will see why in the negative parts. A word of wisdom I would like to give you is to stay away from any Nexon game.
Battlefield Play 4 Free - First Person Shooter - Developed by EA games
Pros
1) Free to play model
2) You create a soldier that is your permanent character. There are 4 classes of soldiers, Assault, Medic, Engineer and Recon(sniper)
3) Hackers get banned by punkbuster
4) Brand new game(launched in april 2011)
5) Level cap is 20 and can be reached quite fast(it will be 50 soon)
6) You get a training point every time you gain a level and they can be used make your soldier stronger. Similar to WoWs talent point and talent tree system.
7) Lots of maps.
Cons
1) The best weapons can only be purchased with real money
2) Has quite a lot of bugs because it just launched
3) Hackers can pop up on the EA servers without getting caught for a while(but on clan servers they get the ban hammer fast)
4) Air vehicles are a complete bitch to control like most BF games.
League of Legends - Real Time Strategy - Developed by Riot Games
Pros
1) Completely Free to play. The only things that requires real life money are aesthetic things. All advantages can be bought with real money or in game currency gained through winning matches.
2) 16 million player(so says the company)
3) Other Players seem helpful and understanding.
4) Doesn't put any strain on lower end video cards.
5) A huge and unique variety of characters to play.
6) Quick learning curve
7) Reconnect system so you don't lose the game your playing if disconnected.
8) In depth rune and talent point system
9) Max level is only 30 for a summoner(you)
10) New map and game type in the works
11) The company seems to respect its player base.
Cons
1) Installing the game also installs the Pando Media Booster which allows other people to get the game files from your computer when they are downloading the game. Uninstall Pando right away.
2) Only 1 map to play on but another 1 is in the making.
Perfect World International - MMO - Developed by Perfect World Company
Pros
1) Completely Free to Play. Cash shop currency and items can be bought from other players with in game gold.
2) Excellent security features
3) Music is wonderful
4) Graphics and Aesthetics are awesome if your video card can handle it.
5) Plenty of Quests, Items, Mounts, Cosmetics etc to slate your thirst for cool things.
6) Lots of chicks play this game XD
7) PvP is guilds fighting over territories
8) Interesting character classes
9) In depth character customization(big boobs anyone?)
10) Has an Auction House and you can set up your own store to sell things while AFK
Cons
1) Level cap is 105(O.o) and takes forever to reach but not required as end game is level 80+
2) Lack of PvE end game. End game centers around PvP mostly
3) Cosmetic outfits plague the game
4) Leveling can get repetitive by level 40
5) Very hard to find people to do dungeons with early on
6) Genies, which are little faeries every character can have, can be confusing to new players for a long time.
Lord of the Rings Online - MMO based of the Tolkien Books - Developed by Turbine Games
Pros
1) Completely free to play
2) If you have read and enjoyed the books as I have playing it and seeing all the characters/places will be worth it.
3) Cool classes
4) Cash shop currency can be gained through doing deeds
5) Plenty of dungeons and end game content
6) In game forum with quest guide
7) Has an Auction house
8) Has good Crafting professions
9) The community seems nice in guilds but Bree-Land outside the town become WoWs old Barrens chat when the game went F2P.
10) Graphics and scenery can be cool if you have a good video card.
11) Unique PvP. You actually play a monster that you would find in PvE and fight players with it.
12) There are festival events to coincide with holidays.
Cons
1) Like LoL, the Pando Media Booster comes with the game when installed. Get rid of it
2) Level 20+ zones must be bought through the cash shop. All aspects of the game are unlocked at once if you subscribe.
3) The game is essentially a huge ass grind without subscribing.
4) You only start with 2 character slots, you get 3 once you spend money.
5) Graphics can make low end video cards cry.
6) PvP is restricted till a higher level.
7) The game is kind of centered to make you get fed up with grinding and to spend money.

I've just been finishing up Forza 3 before the release of Forza 4, and also playing a bit of PGA Tour 09 to relax.

All the above are pay for extended content/glam and items
I personally have been doing shooter games disconecting from the MMORG for more PVP multiplayer (crysis 2, Battlefield 3-alpha, BFBC 2)
All good for the money IMO
